    Application legal name is “PARIN”

    “NAMVAR ART LTD.” Is sole legal of “PARIN APPLICATION”

    “PARIN Application” is written for the following purposes:

    1. Enhancing general public knowledge and interest on Films, Pictures and photography by creating different kinds of competitions and contests
    2. Introducing and selling of selected pictures
    3. Introducing famous and well
    4. known photographers and their creation to the general public and interested people
    5. Creation of albums of best pictures from all around the world in different subjects




    Requirements for using “PARIN APPLICATION”

    In order to use the “PARIN APPLICATION” (From now on Application” and get involved with those activities that are created by NAMVAR ART LTD, The user of application must:

    1. Be the owner of materials ( Pictures or Films) or have the copy write to use them
    2. Any editing of pictures or movies are prohibited except simple adjustments of light and colors without changing general look of material
    3. In any competition, having original picture and sending it to the organizers id mandatory, if the picture is chosen to be in competition




    • PARIN Application is designed by NAMVAR Company. This application is designed in order to increase general knowledge of photography by recognizing how a good picture supposes to be and also by understanding properties of good picture.
    • Participants have to have a working email. Only one email per participant will be accepted. No participant can register with different emails. PARIN App have permission to send emails to participant in order to make them aware of rules of contest and any change the might occur. Also, PARIN Application has the right to report the advertisement of sponsors to the people who are registered.
    • Whoever is voting for any competition must have a working email. PARIN has the right of sending sponsors advertisement to these emails of registers people.
    • PARIN Application has the ability of developing the rules of different competitions on the same time. It competition has its owm rules and regulations, these rules and regulation will be announced before any completion time of hold.
    • The juries of each competition will be chosen depending of type of completion and juries’ specialties.
    • In order to judge any picture for a given there are given ten stars for each picture that is accepted by juries. Winners will be chosen depends on how many stars they get for their pictures.

    • The PARIN App will automatically sort the stars that were given by juries and will omit all none qualified pictures according the number of stars the have given by juries.
    • None of the judges know each other’s and voting is completely based on judges over all decision.
    • PARIN Application will calculate each participant stars given by judges and automatically will choose the winners.
    • All the submitted pictures will be put in an album after the end days of announced competition in order to be seen by general public and participants.
    • Site visitors can vote on pictures inside the album after registering
    • PARIN Application has the right of using selected pictures for advertising purposes. It has reserve its right to use those pictures in different PARIN platforms.
    • NAMVAR Art LTD has the right of publishing pictures and also making exhibitions under the name of owner of the pictures.
    • PARIN Application has the right of putting sponsors logos and itself logo on pictures.
    • NAMVAR Art Ltd has the right of selling the selected pictures, either in digital or printed forms.
    • The earned money from selling selected items will be divided between owner of picture by 60% and PARIN by 40% after deducting all the expenses and costs.
    • PARIN Application reserves the right of sending a sample of pictures to potential buyers.
    • PARIN Application would not accept any objection for voting done by juries. Voting is completely depends on number of stars given by judges .PARIN Application will announce the result of votes.
    • All of the matters related to voting, prices and other similar matters are responsibilities of PARIN Application and NAMVAR Company. APPLE STORE will not have any responsibility about above said matters.
    • All responsibility for the copyright of the photo will be with the photo sender
    • Competition organizers have the right of deleting the participant request in joining the competition if the picture is not theirs or it has been manipulated.
    • The awards, Cash money or and a certificate of appreciation with PARIN Statue will be send to winner in 60 days of tournament, after originality of picture is assessed and confirmed

    • Contesters have to read all the rules and the regulations of each contest. After reading rules of contest, if they find out that their picture does not obliges whit rules and regulation, they can delete the pictures and leave the contest
    • The pictures sent to competition must not be previously been sent to other competition or other had been previously put in other competitions.
    • After announcing the winner, the owner of picture cannot sell it to other than NAMVAR Company.

    • Participants whose picture has been accepted in “one hundred best pictures” have to send the original picture.
    • Juries members will be choosing after carefully reviewing their resume and their experiences. Each competition jury member will be chosen according to theme of the competition.
