An Application named “PARIN” is developed by “NAMVAR ART LTD.” And “NAMVAR ART LTD.” Is sole legal owner of PARIN APPLICATION
PARIN APPLICATION, from now on ”PARIN App” is not transferable to others and can be sold only by “NAMVAR ART LTD.”
1. Data related rules:
1. The personal data provided by the Participant to participate in the contest (such as name, surname, postal and email address), as well as those provided in the future as a result of its development, will be incorporated into a registration of processing activities owned by Company for the following purposes:
  1. Company has the right to verify the originality, quality and the ownership of data presented for any contest. Company also has the right to accept or refuse the presented data.

  4. The company has the right of posting data in its website and emails
  5. The owners of data(Pictures or movies) cannot transfer any ownership right to other people after presenting them to tournament
  6. Company keep the right to use pictures in its albums
  7. Company keep the right of selling any pictures that is presented to the tournaments held by NAMVAR. The share of sale and condition of sale will be decided by both side
